Awesome Cake Anniversary!

Thanks everyone who has made this first year of webcomics so fun for me. A few times I thought about stopping or had trouble with the website. Invariably, someone would come out of the wood work and ask what was going on. "Where's this week's comic?" I so appreciate the support and patronage.

Special thanks to guest comic artist Paul Lisle for sending his weird little pieces every so often. I look forward to using DribbleFunkComics.com as a platform for more than just Donnie Rocket Toaster-Face. In fact, in the coming months, this site will co-sponsor a comedy festival, showcase more collaborations between my niece and I, be the basis for an in-the-works book, and may even a video or two. Donnie and the gang will continue to develop and grow. More fun to come.

This is a side project for me that I do out of simple joy. I'm glad if it brought you a moment or two of joy as well. ~BDM

GUEST POST: Comics By Kylie

This week I'm featuring a comic collaboration between myself and my five year old niece, Kylie (she would be quick to point out that she's nearly six). She did the drawing, I did the writing and a bit of Photoshop.

Back to regularly scheduled DONNIE ROCKET TOASTER-FACE next week.

Open Letter to the Local Bar

So, funny story...
My computer sorta died on me this past week* and I though I purchased a cheap "make due" laptop until I can get back on my feet properly within the realm of personal technology, I am unable to load my copy of Adobe Photoshop 5.0 because, well, it's just too damn old. So, I'm using my wonderful girlfriend's computer this week to create the comic. Unfortunately, the fonts on her version of Photoshop are less extenive than mine were. This week I'll be using Helevica, because, well... yeah (sigh)...
Love to you guys, ~ Brad
